I’m Roshnee, an educator and entrepreneur with a passion for empowering young minds. With over a decade of experience, I’ve focused on fostering critical thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurship in students. As CEO of BitsToBusiness, I am dedicated to delivering world-class education by partnering with international bodies. Our mission is to help as many students as possible become future-ready, equipped with the essential 21st-century skills needed for success.
Diversity of Experiences
Before founding BitsToBusiness, I have been a seasoned entrepreneur with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and technology. My career has spanned across various industries, particularly in retail, where I’ve had the privilege of working with international customers to develop and implement innovative retail solutions. My experience in the retail sector has been marked by a keen focus on integrating technology into everyday business practices, whether it be through the adoption of e-commerce platforms, data analytics for customer insights, or streamlining operations with advanced retail management systems.
This hands-on experience with technology has not only enhanced my understanding of its real-world applications but has also fueled my commitment to preparing the next generation for the demands of the 21st century. At BitsToBusiness, our mission is to equip students with the essential skills needed to be future-ready, empowering them with world-class education in entrepreneurship, AI, robotics, and coding.
Education
I have a solid academic foundation that complements my professional experience. I hold a First Degree in Computer Science from the prestigious British Computer Society, where I developed a strong grounding in technological principles and practices. Building on this foundation, I pursued an MBA with a specialization in Financial Services from the University of Mauritius, gaining insights into the financial aspects of business management.
My passion for technology and data-driven decision-making led me to earn a Master’s in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas, where I honed my skills in analyzing and leveraging data for strategic business outcomes. Additionally, I completed a Master Program in Digital Marketing from Great Lakes, equipping me with cutting-edge knowledge in digital strategies and online business growth.
To further my commitment to education, I became a Certified Trainer in Early Entrepreneurship Education through Kidspreneurship Singapore, where I gained specialized skills in nurturing young entrepreneurs. I am also a Certified Trainer in various technical disciplines through Mechatron Robotics, including Electronics & Circuits, Arduino and Microcontrollers, AI, Python Coding, and App Development. This diverse educational background allows me to effectively integrate technology and business, ensuring that students at BitsToBusiness are equipped with the essential skills for the future.
